Amla oil is good .... Everything you need to do is take the oil in a bowl or something and at the root of the hair slowly and, after completion in the hair massage begin 5 to 10 minutes. .... and if the hair tie is far and overnight! Wash in the morning ..... Wash your hair twice cuz not happen all at once! I suggest you putting oil in your hair every weekend! I also suggest that the oil of almond!
