Pva Primer What Would Make A Good Rough Base For Pastels As A Primer?

What would make a good rough base for pastels as a primer? - pva primer

I do not buy expensive tickets, but have tried mixing PVA with fine sand that I called myself but not ideal, someone knows something that could be used instead, or who knows what may have a very good manual for any other purpose do, have been designed.

PVA added when a mixture of the primer surface, the world will lead to ruin. I paint as an emulsion made of silk or satin with white plaster molding plaster or mixed at best. Meto Peices instead of a brush or a wooden board, which I found, if a board does not use i-drive, the good side of things, I can with a spray of lacquer to seal the job. is very similar to the supermarket to buy plaster.
