Hello. Good is like .... but I want the first two lines to change (my proposal below), and ... Instead of using the word "marriage" use "married". And while the foster parents .... Be the "girlfriends" name must be the first!

Well, what are their parents, the authors / co-payment for the marriage. And if you and your sister to marry. However, two different dates?
Well, the name of the bride goes first to the tender, the last time you go first.
You may want meaning of names, giving them a bigger font, or even their own line.
And keep the parents in meaningful name when she starts over with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wade use.
Instead of David and Valerie Thomas, with the name of the girl and then "on" bride and groom, followed by "on" and the date.
For example,
Valerie Layne Wade
to
David Thomas Jones
on Saturday 23 May 2009.
Everything else looks good. Just a little confused.
I do not think that it is correct because if the first test: it makes sense? The first two lines I lost. Reading for the third time, I suggest
Bill and Judy Wade, a request to the honor of your presence at a celebration of the marriages of their daughters
Blah, blah, personal data

Remove the colon (:) to.
Put the names of the women of the "first as specified above.
Use either Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wade Bill Wade, or Elayne and be consistent. In addition, there are three ways to today: the words and figures, all words and all numbers. Choose a style, in this case, I suggest that the words and numbers.
Best wishes, enjoy the party.
I agree with comments by other posters on the text. The form of the "married" sounds funny. And I would not have the names below, etc.. The invitation is not bad, but not 100% correct.
It is invited to a wedding. A reception for their daughters. That's how I read it.
You need to mention that Bill and Elayne are the parents of the groom.
No, unfortunately it is not written correctly, for several reasons:
First, the nature of the invitation shows the style of the event. Third person writing is very formal - pompous, actually. But this is an informal reception. An informal event requires natural language using the forms first and second person.
Secondly, an invitation that the function clearly demonstrate that organized the event, they invite themselves, that is, when and where. The rest of the information is very informative, not to be confused with the primary source of information.
The correct wording would be:
===================
Dear (name of person),
Bill and I would be glad if you give us for a reception to celebrate in recent marriage of two daughters, Saturday, 3 October for three years in our house.
Violet Ann married Robert William Smith last December 18, and Valerie Layne married David Thomas Jones, 23 May Please call me and let me know if you can join us. I hope to hear from you26. September.
Sincerely,
Elayne Wade
=======================
Elayne wrote in his notebook in person with your address and phone number on the head - or a computer printed on paper similar to today as personal letters.
Thirdly, you must use the same format used for all dates - the three different formats in their example has.
